Sidoop is an online mall where people can sell and buy unique and interesting products for dogs. Inspired by the need to connect independent, dog product creators with dog lovers, Sidoop serves as a community style marketplace dedicated to our canine companions. What can I sell on Sidoop?

Sidoop is a one-stop marketplace where dog product artisans and crafters can share and sell all things dog.  We welcome all canine inspired creations from bedding, collars, leashes, food & treats, grooming items, apparel, toys and more! If we don’t offer a department for your items, send us an email, and we’ll accommodate you!

What does it cost to sell on Sidoop?

Registering your shop and listing your items on Sidoop is absolutely free! Sidoop only charges a percentage of the sale price when the item sells, also know as a transaction fee.  Our transaction fee is 7% of the item price.

How does Sidoop handle seller payment?

Sidoop shop owners are required to enter their Paypal email address when registering their seller account. We do this because Sidoop handles payments through Paypal Adaptive. This means when a buyer purchases a product, Paypal splits the payment between you, the vendor and Sidoop.  Shop owners are paid instantly!

What shipping options does Sidoop offer?

 We offer two methods for shipping configuration in you shop. All shipping rates can be applied to either, US or International.

 1.   Per Product Flat Rate
Shipping rates can be added at a flat rate per product for US Domestic or International shipping addresses.

2.   Combined Weight Based Rate
Shipping rates can be configured in your shop’s shipping options which allows you to set weight base parameters for International, Canada and US. Products weights will be calculated and combined your shipping rules.

Your shipping rules will only apply to your products. When a customer adds multiple vendor products into their cart, your shipping will not be affected.
